Project Manager

we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master with 8 12 years of industry experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high quality products efficiently The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile Scrum practices excellent facilitation skills and a proven ability to remove obstacles and drive collaboration across cross functional teams
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams
Facilitate all Agile ceremonies Sprint Planning Daily Stand ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
Coach team members on Agile principles and best practices
Work closely with Product Owners to maintain a healthy and prioritized Product Backlog
Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team s progress
Foster a culture of continuous improvement team collaboration and high performance
Track and communicate team velocity sprint release progress and other Agile metrics
Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches to align practices across teams
Ensure team compliance with organizational goals and delivery standards
Help manage stakeholder expectations and keep them informed of progress and issues
Required Skills and Qualifications
8 12 years of total experience with minimum 5 years as a dedicated Scrum Master
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks especially Scrum and experience with Agile at scale e g SAFe LeSS Nexus is a plus
Experience working with distributed or cross functional teams
Excellent communication facilitation conflict resolution and leadership skills
Hands on experience with tools like JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps or similar Agile project management tools
Ability to coach teams and individuals at various stages of Agile maturity
Experience in software development or IT projects is a strong advantage
