Project Manager

·       Standard PM with strong communication and Healthcare SFDC experience

·       A minimum of 10 years industry experience with 4 to 6 years in project management covering the full software development life cycle

·       Possess client facing experience in a global setting

·       Bachelors Degree in a related field

·       PMP Certification MBA would be an added advantage

·       Lead and manage day to day operations of projects and scope

·       Planning and implementation of a project

·       Facilitate the definition of project scope goals and deliverables

·       Define project tasks and resource requirements

·       Develop full scale project plans

·       Assemble and coordinate project team

·       Manage project budget

·       Manage project resource allocation together with Resource Management Team

·       Plan and schedule project timelines

·       Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

·       Provide direction and support to project team

·       Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

·       Present reports defining project progress problems and solutions

·       Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

·       Project evaluations and assessment of results

·       Manage project revenue Technical and financial reporting

·       Deliver high quality software solutions using a predictable delivery process

·       Set clear expectations for the project with a focus on achieving results efficiently

·       Continually seek to increase customer satisfaction and expand client relationship

·       Build a knowledge base of clients business and their objectives
