Project Manager

Looking for an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with a strong background in Agile methodologies and Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing complex technology projects, including large-scale application upgrades and production support initiatives. Proficiency with tools like Jira, strong planning skills, risk management capabilities, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams are essential for ensuring successful project delivery.

Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects using Agile frameworks.
Serve as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Manage production support initiatives, including triaging issues, tracking resolution, and coordinating with technical teams for root cause fixes.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, product, and business stakeholders.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
Use Jira and other project management tools for tracking progress, managing upgrades, and reporting status.
