Project Manager

Looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong technical background in Java and DevOps, with at least 3 + years of hands-on project management experience.
12+ years of overall experience in software development and delivery.
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Java and DevOps (CI/CD, containerization, cloud, automation, etc.).
At least 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, leading mid-to-large scale technology projects.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP, CSM, or other relevant certifications (preferred but not mandatory).
Lead and manage end-to-end software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, DevOps, and stakeholders to define scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Drive Agile/Scrum practices and ensure continuous improvement in delivery processes.
Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Apply technical knowledge in Java and DevOps to support teams in solving challenges and making informed decisions.
