TSTS Key ResponsibilitiesLead teams across engineering customer support finance HR and IT ensuring alignment with Clients global goalsBuild a collaborative innovative and high performing work culture aligned with Clients valuesMaintain strong relationships with customers industry partners and internal teamsRepresent Client locally at industry events and act as an advocate for company initiatives such as HR hiring and brandingOversee daily operations facilities and HR in Sri Lanka ensuring productivity efficiency and compliance with local regulationsDevelop and implement local processes that meet global standards while addressing specific local needsTrack performance indicators and report regularly to Clients senior leadershipEnsure governance standards and reporting requirements are metFacilitate communication between onshore and offshore teams through meetings and local eventsManage budgets forecasting and resource allocation to support financial and operational goalsLead change initiatives ensuring staff adoption and smooth implementationDrive hiring onboarding retention and development of talent across teamsIdentify training needs and implement development programs to enhance skillsSupport hiring processes including interviews and selectionPromote productivity motivation and collaboration across teamsWork with department heads to identify and grow future local leadersMentor direct reports and emerging leaders to support succession planningDevelop and execute site strategies in collaboration with global leadershipEnsure compliance with all local laws company policies and governance standardsIdentify operational risks and apply mitigation strategiesEnsure adherence to company code of conduct diversity policy health and safety and information security policiesAct as a communication link between Sri Lanka operations and global department heads sharing concerns updates and successesQualifications and ExperienceBachelors degree in business engineering IT or related field with MBA or advanced degree preferred8 to 10 yrs of leadership experience managing engineering customer service and administrative functionsStrong background in operations management people leadership and stakeholder engagementExperience in multicultural international environments and matrix organizationsKnowledge of Sri Lankan legal HR and business compliance standardsUnderstanding of delivery operations software development BPO practices and support functionsFamiliarity with offshore regulatory environments and HR best practicesAbility to work across global time zones and travel internationally as required sometimes on short notice
Bachelors degree in business engineering IT or related field with MBA or advanced degree preferred
8 to 10 yrs of leadership experience managing engineering customer service and administrative functions
Strong background in operations management people leadership and stakeholder engagement
Experience in multicultural international environments and matrix organizations
Knowledge of Sri Lankan legal HR and business compliance standards
Understanding of delivery operations software development BPO practices and support functions
Familiarity with offshore regulatory environments and HR best practices
