Project Manager
1. Plan and implement projects
2. Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
3. Define tasks and allocate required resources
4. Manage and track Project budget
5. Create schedule and project timeline and track deliverables
6. Lead quality assurance
7. Monitor and report on project progress
8. Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
9. Evaluate and assess result of project
10. Work with Business, Operations, Compliance, Credit and Risk teams to ensure effective participation in project discussions
11. Work with solutions team to deliver FSD and RTMs
12. Work with Build team to deliver development changes as per RTM and as per schedule
13. Work with TCOE to complete the end to end regression and progression testing as per project schedule
14. Work with Business and Operations to support complete pilot and commercial launch of the project/product
15. Conduct Stage Gates at every project phase
16. Conduct weekly working committee and steering committee status meetings
