Project Manager
Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Management:
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
- Apply Agile Methodology where applicable.

Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration throughout the project.
- Ensure all team members understand their roles, responsibilities, and deadlines.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior project team members.

Stakeholder Communication:
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress, risks, and changes.
- Manage expectations and ensure alignment between project objectives and business needs.

Risk Management:
- Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively resolve issues to minimize impact on project timelines and outcomes.
- Ensure that projects are delivered with the highest quality standards and within scope.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, meeting notes, and deliverables.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Experience managing Agile projects is strongly preferred.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana, MS Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or similar are a plus.
