Project Manager
Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communication documents. Execution and Monitoring: Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Plan, schedule, and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables using appropriate tools. Budget Management: Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Quality Assurance: Ensure project outputs are of the required standard and meet the project objectives and business requirements. Team Leadership: Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Risk Management: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Plan for and minimize risks, developing contingency plans as needed. Communication: Conduct regular project meetings and track project progress. Report project status, issues, and achievements to stakeholders and senior management. Compliance and Documentation: Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately. Comply with industry regulations and organizational standards. Stakeholder Engagement: Manage stakeholder communication and expectations. Facilitate stakeholder meetings and presentations. Continuous Improvement: Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Proven experience as a Project Manager with a successful track record in delivering projects. Strong understanding of project management methodologies. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Project.Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) will be advantage
