- Drive account expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities

- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales for new pursuits

- Support RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and estimations

- Own renewals, extensions, and scope expansions

- Act as trusted advisor influencing client roadmap

- Convert delivery success into repeat business
Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts and programs

- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget

- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations

- Drive governance, reviews, and stakeholder communication

- Primary contact for senior client stakeholders

- Build long-term trusted relationships

- Manage escalations and expectations

- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement
 

- Own P&L, revenue, margin, and forecasting

- Drive margin improvement initiatives

- Manage SOWs, commercials, rate negotiations

- Ensure accurate billing and collection

- Manage large onshore/offshore teams

- Hiring, onboarding, and backfilling coordination

- Utilization and performance management

- Mentor Team leaders

- Program & delivery management

- Account mining & business development

- Pre-sales & solution shaping

- Financial & commercial acumen

- Strong leadership and communication

- 10+ years overall IT experience

- 6–8+ years in Program/Delivery roles

- Experience managing multi-account portfolios

- Global delivery exposureGood to have past experience managing Uber in the their past employment at large or medium-sized service companies like us.
