Job Summary We are seeking a proactive Software Development Project Manager with strong Client Management expertise to support the planning and delivery of capability transformation programmes. The ideal candidate will partner with the programme lead to ensure effective coordination, smooth execution, and clear tracking of delivery and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end delivery of capability programmes, coordinating with stakeholders including SMEs, learners, leadership, and vendors.
  • Manage session and engagement logistics, ensuring all aspects of the programme are executed seamlessly.
  • Track programme plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and maintain reporting dashboards.
  • Leverage AI tools to create presentation decks, summaries, and conduct data analysis for stakeholder insights.
  • Capture feedback, insights, and outcome metrics such as participation rates, NPS, and completion statistics.
  • Identify opportunities to automate routine processes and design automated workflows to enhance efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong Client Management knowledge and experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Teams.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and tools.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to dashboards and AI tools.
  • Experience in managing learning initiatives and onboarding journeys.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in project management within software development.

Work from Office 3 days a week.
