Job Description – Program / Delivery Manager
Role Summary
Experienced Program / Delivery Manager responsible for end-to-end delivery, client relationships, financial ownership, and driving business growth across multiple accounts and portfolios.
Business Growth & Sales Enablement
- Drive account expansion, cross-sell, and up-sell opportunities
- Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales for new pursuits
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solutioning, and estimations
- Own renewals, extensions, and scope expansions
- Act as trusted advisor influencing client roadmap
- Convert delivery success into repeat business
Delivery & Program Management
- Own end-to-end delivery for multiple client accounts and programs
- Ensure delivery within scope, schedule, and budget
- Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations
- Drive governance, reviews, and stakeholder communication
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Primary contact for senior client stakeholders
- Build long-term trusted relationships
- Manage escalations and expectations
- Identify opportunities for deeper engagement
Financial & Commercial Ownership
- Own P&L, revenue, margin, and forecasting
- Drive margin improvement initiatives
- Manage SOWs, commercials, rate negotiations
- Ensure accurate billing and collections
Resource & Team Management
- Manage large onshore/offshore teams
- Hiring, onboarding, and backfilling coordination
- Utilization and performance management
- Mentor Team leaders

Experience & Qualifications
- 10+ years overall IT experience
