Additional Skills:: Own the end-to-end delivery of the Branded Fares program across all digital touchpoints. ? Define program roadmap, milestones, KPIs, and governance structure. Project Delivery ? Lead cross-functional teams ? Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. ? Ensure timely delivery against the scope while mitigating risks and dependencies. Stakeholder Management ? Facilitate alignment between commercial, product, IT, and external partners ? Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership. Customer Experience & Digital Sales Focus ? Ensure branded fare propositions are effectively translated into intuitive and optimized customer journeys. ? Drive user acceptance testing and go-to-market readiness. ? Continuous Improvement ? Post-launch, monitor performance and customer feedback to drive optimizations. ? Contribute to the QR?s wider digital transformation and retailing vision.
