- Very good communication with client handling experience.
- Push backs, when required. Protect the team from improper work coming from client/other teams.
- Self driven on creating reporting without burdening the current team by himself using the data sources available.
- Make these reports cover daily, weekly, monthly views. Improvements to reporting as and when required.
- Escalation reporting and directing incidents which are not relevant to current team.
- Route to development teams to fix L3 issues (client or Virtusa) based on analysis.
- Trend reports.
- Predictions (BT has this done this)
- Dashboards
- Has hands on experience on ASM tools.
- Business Domain knowledge
