As a BA:Key Responsibilities:---------------------------Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements. Translate business needs into clear functional and non-functional specifications.Process Mapping & Optimization: Analyze and map current business processes. Identify opportunities for improvement and propose efficient solutions.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business leaders, developers, product managers, and quality assurance, to ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams. Provide clear and concise reporting to key stakeholders.Solution Validation: Support the testing process by ensuring that solutions meet business requirements. Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback on system functionality and usability.Change Management: Assist in managing business change through clear communication, training, and support during system or process changes.Market & Competitive Analysis: Conduct research to understand market trends, industry best practices, and competitive landscape to ensure the business stays ahead of the curve.Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to current systems, processes, and strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.Qualifications:------------------Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably within industry.Technical Skills: Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI) is a plus.Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, financial modeling, and process optimization.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical audiences.Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business problems and translate them into actionable solutions.Certifications: Business Analysis certifications such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or PMI-PBA (PMI Professional in Business Analysis) are a plus.
