As a Product Manager in Merchant Services for eCommerce Payments Products and Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovation and leading the complete product lifecycle—from strategy and discovery to launch and continuous optimization. Acting as the voice of the customer, you will design and deliver profitable products that provide exceptional value and superior client experiences. Your responsibilities include defining product vision and strategy, conducting market research to uncover customer needs, and translating insights into actionable roadmaps. You will own and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives while tracking key success metrics such as cost, functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

This role demands strong expertise in product management and payments, including payment networks, merchant services, digital wallets, PSPs (Payment Service Providers), and fintech solutions. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years of product management experience and at least 6 years in the payments domain, with advanced knowledge of product development, design, and data analytics. You should have a proven ability to lead discovery, ideation, and strategic development, navigate governance processes, and manage diverse stakeholder groups in a highly matrixed environment. Familiarity with merchant acquiring, payment processing, software development lifecycles, and emerging payment technologies is essential, while experience in strategy consulting and an MBA are preferred. Your work will ensure platforms are scalable, resilient, and secure, delivering measurable business outcomes and exceeding customer expectations.

Develop Product Strategy and Vision: Create a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.

Product Backlog Management: Own, maintain, and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.

Track Success Metrics: Build the framework and track key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.

Enhancement Prioritization: Collaborate with the Product team to prioritize enhancements for web optimization

Opportunity Identification: Identify areas of opportunity including process improvements, training opportunities, team building, and success sharing.
