Specializing in the Contact Center or Customer Engagement this role will be designing and implementing groundbreaking contact center solutions Passion for contact center transformation conversational AI and driving stellar customer experiences Google Cloud Platform and the ability to translate technical concepts into business value This position will be working closely with our sales and solutions teams to design and present tailored contact center solutions to prospective clients This role will involve a combination of technical expertise solution design and customer engagement The role needs a techno functional leader with critical thinking startup approach and demeanor who can bring people together and align them to achieve exponential growth by building relationships with stakeholders Work with customers to understand their contact center challenges and goals Design and develop solutions that address customer needs using CCaaS Develop and present customized demonstrations and proof of concepts that showcase the capabilities of Google CES CCAI or any other Contact Center tool and it they can be used to meet customer needs Prepare proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the proposed solutions Stay up to date on the latest CCaaS technology and trends Participate in industry events and conferences to share your knowledgeYour skills and experience 15 years of Professional Services Business Development and or Partner Management experience Demonstrated success in presales or solution architecture roles leveraging Google Cloud products Proven experience in contact center technical presales solution architecture or a related role Proven expertise in designing and architecting CCaaS solutions such as Google CES CCAI Amazon Connect Twilio Flex Genesys Cloud or Khoros Strong knowledge of Contact Center technologies including IVR ACD WFM CRM integration chatbots natural language processing RPA and reporting analytics Familiarity with Google CES CCAI or conversational AI is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non technical audiences Proven ability to develop and deliver compelling technical demonstrations and presentations Google Cloud certification such as the Google Cloud Certified Professional Cloud Architect is strongly preferred
