Principal AI/ML Engineer

Must have practical working experience in PyTorch / HuggingFace Transformers / TGI / vLLMMust have practical working experience in LangChain / LangGraph / Langfuse / LLM orchestration & observabilityMust have practical working experience in NLP / natural language processing / text analyticsMust have practical working experience in Sentence-BERT / sentence-transformers / semantic similarity & embeddings

Preferable to have working experience in end user Product Apps technology wise
Working experience using JIRA, Confluence, SAFE methodologies 
Should know the concepts of PLM and artefcats of UX-UI outputs 
Should participate in quarterly PI Planning and be able to provide sizing and estimates 
Should be disciplined enough in creating artefacts across SDLC cycle as per the role played
should know the concepts of Arch types like MVC, Microservices, SPA
should be strong in programming fundamentals
Working experience in tools across the CI-CD pipeline and devops
Should be solid enough in timely completion of activities from Local dev, SCM, VCS, CODING, Unit testing, Build activities,  code review, PR, resolving merge conflicts, debugging, code coverage tools
Should be able to use LLM;s in coding activties and improve the productivity of dev stage
Should be able to resolve bugs liasing with QA, UAT,and Prod phases
Should be actively particapting in Prod deployments and willing to extend until the goal is achieved
Should have good communication skills and high levels of enthusiasm and passion
Should be a good team player and positive attitude
Should be able to do Database activities like ORM, Schemas, in PostegreSQL, MYSQL and Liquibase"
