PowerBi with DAX Architect

Job Description Details:

Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements to translate them into Power BI solutions.
- Design intuitive, interactive dashboards with strong data storytelling and visualization.
- Build and optimize scalable data models using Star Schema design principles.
- Develop advanced DAX measures and perform data transformation using Power Query (M).
- Optimize report performance for efficient data processing and user experience.
- Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and ensure data governance standards.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members and drive BI best practices.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of BI experience with expertise in the Power BI ecosystem.
- Advanced skills in SQL, DAX, Power BI Desktop, and Power BI Service.
- Strong visualization and dashboard design skills with business storytelling ability.
- Experience with tools like DAX Studio, Tabular Editor, and SQL Server.
- Strong business acumen to define KPIs and analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to engage and influence non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
