All the scrum events/ SAFe Agile
Strong Facilitation Skills to conduct the all the Scrum events.
Strong Collaboration skills to collaborate with PO, Scrum Team, and Stakeholders, Impediment removal, Conflict Resolution, teaching skills.
Strong Organizing skills to make the team self-organizing (lead by example)
Basic Technical skills to understand the functionality and product being delivered. Good knowledge of Tools like JIRA, Confluence, GIT/Gerrit/Jenkins
Continuous improvement mindset and empower the team on the same lines.
Scrum Master certified with 12+ years of experience. Good analytical skills and mentoring the team. Highly proactive and assertive when it comes to leading the team and work with multiple stakeholders
