Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs. Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems to parallel overall business strategies. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Work collaboratively with PMO team to understand end user requirements to provide technical solutions and for the implementation of new software features
Review of SDLC Artifacts, Milestones, Issues, Risks etc for Programs and Projects
Coordinate with Program and Project Mangers in submitting the SDLC artifacts, updating Milestones, Risks and Issues, in PTS
Participate in Program Project Governance related reporting and review activities
Prepare technical reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current processes using operational metrics and reports
Create informative, actionable and repeatable reporting that highlights relevant business trends and opportunities for improvement
Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues
Masters Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
Exposure to BFS domain
Ability to impact operations and effect change without being confrontational
Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
Ability to work independently and with others
Extremely organized with strong time management skills
Hands on experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
