10+ years working in an agile environment as a development team member, Scrum Master or Product Owner
8+ years working as a Scrum Master
Demonstrated understanding of lean agile values and principles
Expert in facilitation, problem solving and influencing outcomes
Expert knowledge of best practices in value driven development (requirements management, prototyping, hypothesis driven development, usability testing.
Expert knowledge of technical engineering best practices including test driven development, continuous integration, DevOps.
Demonstrated experience with large-scale enterprise agile transformation with experience as a Scrum Master in a scaled environment.
