Key responsibilities include coordinating project activities and resources to achieve milestones, establishing effective communication channels for smooth interactions, supporting project managers in tracking progress and preparing status reports, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. The Project Coordinator will interact with employees and partner teams to communicate project status and actionable items aligned with critical timelines. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be proactive, detail-oriented, and a meticulous planner with a collaborative personality and technological curiosity.
