Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Financial Management: Assist Sr financial Manager in tracking, forecasting, and create reporting across the Finance & ERPM portfolio.
Resource Planning & Challenge Function: Act as a financial gatekeeper, evaluating resource requests and ensuring alignment with available funding or identifying paths to secure additional funds.
Governance & Reporting: Support the Director, Portfolio Delivery in providing accurate and timely financial insights, reports and presentations to senior leadership.


Required Qualifications

Experience in financial analysis, project control, or portfolio coordination within a large, complex organization.
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, financial modeling, graphs).
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Clarity, MS Project, JIRA). Knowledge on Clarity data management (e.g. Spotfire reports is a plus)
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, excel) is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and challenge stakeholders constructively.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and deliver under tight deadlines.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships
