Job Description:

  • BOW Management- Book Wok Management includes Creating Program, Projects, Milestones in PTS, Tracking the Project Status, updating the status comments, RAG status SSR Reporting etc., financial updates 
  • Capacity Management- allocation and Forecast of Employees and Vendors.
  • SDLC governance- Creation and submission of all program and Project artifacts on time i.e. one before the due date.
  • Stakeholder Engagement and Metric Reporting.
  • Tools:  Project Tracking System PTS, JIRA
  • Should have basic knowledge on Issue creation, Filter creation, Dashboard.

Knowledge Required:

  • Project types, Project Life cycle, Agile Methodologies -Kanban, Scrum
  • Should be dynamic, flexible and adaptive behavioral skill and work with Payments following PMO s Core values- Consistency, integrity and transparency.
  • PM to work with Lead Analysts and Tech mgrs. towards defining and maintaining strategic goals, objectives and monitoring and tracking deliverables towards it.
  • PM will have well rounded BFS tech programs and projects agile delivery life cycle understanding and delivery experience and ability to work with various technical and business stakeholders at required level to gather & provide the appropriate content.
  • Should have good project and program reporting experience with extensive Microsoft office tools knowledge
  • Ability to understand the potential risk and issues and able to raise them proactively and get them resolved with support from program stakeholders PTS and JIRA knowledge is essential

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience managing or participating in projects and teams within the finance and 4 to 5 years in a professional project quality management role
