We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager (PM) to join our team as we navigate through the constantly evolving US 13F2 Reporting Regulation and upcoming regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Disclosures Reporting and US Regs (LOPR, CASE, etc), with a strong understanding of Capital Markets Products implementation. This role will require a technical understanding of projects centered around cloud and data analytics, making it essential for the PM to have a solid understanding of these areas. Additionally, the PM must be able to effectively manage stakeholders across the US, Canada, and UK from Operations, Technology, and Business departments. Previous experience in Regulatory Project Management would be a valuable asset. The successful candidate will also possess other regular PM skills, such as strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. This is a hybrid work mode position, with 10 years of work experience preferred.

Responsibility

US 13F2 Reporting Regulation and upcoming regulations.
Disclosures Reporting
US Regs (LOPR, CASE,etc)
Strong Implementation experience in Capital Markets Products preferred
Technical Understanding of Projects around cloud, data analytics needed
Able to manage stakeholders across US, Canada and UK from Ops, Tech and Business
Regulatory Project management experience would be an asset.
