We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with healthcare domain expertise to lead and oversee healthcare-related projects. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless project execution, compliance with healthcare regulations, and effective collaboration with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and IT teams.Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and oversee healthcare projects, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and stakeholders to align project goals. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, FHIR, ICD, etc.). Manage risks, dependencies, and changes effectively. Utilize Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies for project execution. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report project progress. Handle vendor and third-party coordination for healthcare technology solutions. Lead cross-functional teams and drive process improvements.Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor Master degree in Healthcare Management, IT, Business, or related field. Project management experience in the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of EHR/EMR systems, healthcare IT, and regulatory compliance. Experience with healthcare interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, DICOM, etc.). Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Trello, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or healthcare-related certifications are a plus.
