Requirements
- Good understanding and experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master with 8-10 years of end-to-end project management experience
- Able to handle end to end PM role
- Good understanding on PM metrics for tracking
- Ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams
- Risk and Issue Management and Escalation
- Establish the processes (prior experience in setting up processes from ground up) (not expected to just come in manage, first establish and then manage)
- Provide guidance - financial, project plans etc.
- Strategic business acumen and understanding of organizational strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy
- Experience leading onsite and remote teams
- Team player with strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to successfully communicate with distributed development and test teams
- Experience in working with different ALM tools like JIRA, TFS etc…
- Good understanding of Application, Infrastructure and Security and non-functional aspects like Performance, Scalability, Reliability, Availability etc
- Good technical exposure to either C# or Java and understanding of technical landscape and managed web/mobile app projects primarily
