JOB DESCRIPTION
Skill: PM
Key responsibility:
Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, manage expectations, and ensure their requirements are met.
Risk Management: Proactively identify project risk & issue, mitigate it with action plan and track it to closure
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Status Reporting: Provide regular status updates, highlighting progress, risks, and issues, and driving the project towards its objectives.
Ability to do forecasting, handle project financials, contract preparation
Conversant with PM tools usage (MPP, TFS / Jira, etc.)
Should have handled team size of 15-20+ members
Managing all offshore operations, coordinating/interacting with various business unit to complete business objective
Ability to interact with Client stakeholders and create an impact
