Through detailed performance analysis, log insights, and continuous monitoring, the engineer provides actionable recommendations that enable development teams to release optimized, high-quality applications while supporting business goals such as customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and cost control.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios based on business and technical requirements. Execute load, stress, endurance, and spike tests using tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Akamai Cloud Test. Monitor system performance using application performance monitoring tools including Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or Datadog. Ana Collaborate closely with development, QA, and DevOps teams to troubleshoot and resolve performance issues. Produce detailed performance test reports and provide optimization recommendations. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in performance engineering.Required Skills and ExperienceSix or more years of experience in performance testing and engineering. Proficiency with performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, and Akamai Cloud Test. Strong knowledge of HTTP and HTTPS protocols, REST APIs, and modern web technologies. Experience with application monitoring and log analysis tools. Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure. Solid understanding of system architecture and database performance tuning. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and documentation abilities.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Groovy. Deep expertise in multiple types of performance testing methodologies. Exposure to Agile and Scrum development practices.
