Pega Tester

10years of experience in QA/Quality Engineering, with at least 5 years in QA program management and leadership role.
Good communication, strong problem-solving skills and stakeholder management
Strong understanding of Insurance domain, experience with Pega platform (Claims)
Strong knowledge of test life cycle, QA process and methodology and ability to lead QA teams for large programs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data, business and 3rd party application teams) to define QA strategy, execution plan, ensure coverage and deliver quality.
Develop and maintain traceability matrices, metrics to measure efficiency/coverage/quality and risk management
Oversee automated and manual testing processes for data pipelines, APIs, and user interfaces.
Guide teams on best practices in software quality, risk management, and continuous improvement.
Experience in UI, API, DB, Enterprise application (Pega) test automation using tools like Selenium-Java, Mabl
Understand the existing frameworks /accelerators available with the client and enhance/ recommend tools and framework and help build automation roadmap
Exposure to DevOps tool sets
