Job Description
- Role Overview This is a senior-level technical role focused on the design, development, and implementation of complex, large-scale business process management (BPM) solutions using the Pega Platform.
- The SSA will be responsible for translating business requirements into robust, scalable Pega applications, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- This position is ideal for a hands-on developer with deep Pega expertise, capable of working independently and directly with client stakeholders.
- Key Responsibilities - Design and build Pega applications, ensuring the solution aligns with the Pega guardrails and client business objectives. - Develop and maintain case management models, workflows, and business rules using Pega 7.x or Pega 8+.
- Apply extensive hands-on experience in Java development to integrate Pega solutions with external systems via APIs and services.
- Work collaboratively on 'Blueprint and design documentation, providing technical leadership for the Pega components of the solution.
- Actively participate in Agile project ceremonies, ensuringfeatures are delivered incrementally and meet quality standards.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including direct interaction with client teams. Mentor junior developers and review code to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural integrity.
