Job description

• Lead client engagements whether as part of a pursuit or delivery effort, working with clients to drive business transformation through a consultative approach.
• Manage project design and delivery efforts including developing the project logic, project design, detailed work streams, team structure and deliverables

Must Have

• 1 end to end Pega implementation experience as LBA SBA
• 5 Years of total Pega Experience
• Certified Pega Business Architect Preferably version 4 or later
• Strong Stakeholder Management
• Successful Business Transformation credentials
• 5 Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europe or the US.
• Strong Knowledge of Pega Strategic Application Pega Customer Service
• Champions Agile delivery across organisations
• Strong Domain experience in Health Care and Life sciences
• Good to Have
• Exposure to handling multiple dotted line stakeholders
• Pega Technical Background CSA CSSA
• Background in Process Improvement
