Pega Scrum Master Experience 8+ years of work experience in software industry or related fields 5+ years of work experience playing the ScrumMaster role for a software development team Experience with agile practices, patterns, and techniques  Has worked in Agile Framework  Technical/Soft Skills Possess strong knowledge of the scrum framework as well as other Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc Experience in JIRA/Confluence  Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills You possess strong problem solving and prioritization skills Experience working with dynamic, highly collaborative teams, requiring close consultation and coordination. Demonstrated servant leadership skills. Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools, and Microsoft Office applications  Role & Responsibilities Ensure team follows Agile framework. Supports the Product Owner PO and acts as a bridge between the PO, team, and the organization Creates a collaborative team environment where development team and support team work efficiently Identify and lead the impediments solving process, removes obstacles, promotes self-organizing teams Facilitate and lead scrum ceremonies, Daily Scrum, Retrospectives, SOS Set quantitative performance goals using Process Prediction Models PPMs Monitor and analyse process performance goals and take appropriate sub-process modifications. Analyse root causes for deviations observed for the project parameters or project performance and take necessary corrective actions
