Seeking a Lead System Architect – Pega and Process Automation to join the Automation CoE team. This resource’s primary responsibility will be to incubate, oversee management, and provide architecture guidance during end to end design, implementation, and maintenance of Pega workflows and process applications, and prove out new technologies that have business applicability. We are looking for an architect who thinks out of the box and is always exciExperience with Agile software development life cycle.
At least 8 years of experience in Pega and PRPC, support, business process optimization, and customer and stakeholder engagement.
Experience designing system architecture and large scale scalable applications in Pega.
Experience in all phases of software development including design, configuration, testing, debugging, implementation, and support of large scale business centric and process based applications.
Practical experience with test and deploy processes of workflows within Pega.
Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Experience working with business and architecture teams to evaluate modern technologies, develop prototypes, and lead modernization of the technology platform.
Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and formal presentation formats in English.
Ability to communicate business and technical issues to technical teams and clients.
Experience working with BPM workflow and customer service based applications.Experience in large scale development using BPM and automation tools such as Pega, Automation Anywhere, and Blue Prism.
Experience working with relational databases and Microsoft SQL Server replication service and agent.
Experience with object oriented programming.
Knowledge of system integration concepts including APIs and data flow architectures.
Previous experience working within global real estate services organizations.
Experience developing training materials and conducting end user training sessions.
