Pega Lead System Architect

Required experience skills

• 8plus years of IT experience with tier database and client server design development
• 6plus years experience in design and implementation of Pega based solutions including leadership role in design to develop shared/reusable enterprise rules and workflow components within Pega
• Strong experience scoping planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Previous experience as tech lead lead systems architect in Pega
• Expertise and good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems including architecting and designing for performance and scalability and working with Object to Relational Mapping schemes for distributed data access
• knowledge in web services and connectors
• Experience working in the cloud environments like Pega Cloud
• Good Leadership and Client facing soft skills
• Team Player and guide for Jr resources
• Ensure Pega best practices are followed and conduct code reviews and ensure code quality is maintained
  CSSA or higher certified
