Pega Lead Business Architect
Job description
- Lead client engagements whether as part of a pursuit or delivery effort, working with clients to drive business transformation through a consultative approach.
- Manage project design and delivery efforts including developing the project logic, project design, detailed work streams, team structure and deliverables·
- Develop strong key client relationships, managing client expectations and presenting final recommendations persuasively to senior teams·
- Facilitate and lead working sessions with clients, subject matter experts, stakeholders, consulting teams and technical teams·
- Manage analysis teams to elicit detailed business designs and partner with domain and technical teams to develop solution strategies as required·
- Help our clients assess their current digital technology maturity, identify gaps and shape a comprehensive, end-to-end digital blueprint and technology roadmap·
- Develop thought leadership and market offerings at the intersect of business and technology, Partner with global Practices, Regional heads, Domain SMEs and Delivery teams to ensure success in pursuits and delivery
Must Have
- 1+ end to end Pega implementation experience as LBA/SBA
- 5+ Years of total Pega Experience
- Certified Pega Business Architect (Preferably version 7.4 or later)
- Strong Stakeholder Management
- Successful Business Transformation credentials
- 5+ Years of Work experience in International Markets such as Australia, Europe or the US.
- Strong Knowledge of Pega Strategic Application- Pega Customer Service
- Champions Agile delivery across organisations
- Strong Domain experience in Banking services is preferred.

- Exposure to handling multiple dotted line stakeholders
- Pega Technical Background (CSA/CSSA)
- Background in Process Improvement
