Pega LBA - Dutch Speaker
Role Summary
The Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and
the Pega delivery team. The LBA leads business architecture, requirements definition, and
process design to ensure Pega solutions align with business goals and deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead business architecture and process design for Pega applications
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and KPIs
Translate business requirements into Pega-ready functional requirements
Define case types, stages, steps, SLAs, and business rules
Own and manage backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Facilitate workshops, design sessions, and stakeholder meetings
Ensure alignment between business vision and technical implementation
Pega Skills
Pega LBA Certification (mandatory)
Strong knowledge of:
o Pega Case Management
o Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO)
o App Studio & Dev Studio
o Requirements management & traceability
Experience with process modeling and workflow design
Business & Functional Skills
Business process analysis and optimization
Requirements elicitation techniques (workshops, interviews, story mapping)
Agile/Scrum methodology experience
KPI definition and reporting
Experience in Banking projects – Mandatory
Experience in KYC/CDD Domain - Preferred
Domain knowledge (Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Telecom, etc.)
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Dutch Speaking - Mandatory
Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Ability to influence decisions and manage expectations
Experience
10+ years of overall IT or business analysis experience
3–7+ years working on Pega implementations
3+ years in a Pega LBA or senior BA role
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in large-scale or enterprise Pega programs
Exposure to decisioning, customer service, or digital transformation
Knowledge of regulatory or compliance-driven environments
