Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Pega Consultant with 5-7 years of experience to join our consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Pega technology and will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and design effective Pega applications that meet client needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze client requirements and translate them into Pega application designs.
  • Develop, test, and implement Pega applications in accordance with best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Pega solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on Pega functionalities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Pega developments and industry trends.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Pega technology.
  • Proficiency in Pega BPM and Pega CRM applications.
  • Experience in Pega implementation and deployment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Pega (e.g., Pega Certified Business Analyst, Pega Certified System Architect).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with integration of Pega with other systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience in Pega consultancy.
