The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in software development and a deep understanding of Pega platform functionalities. This role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Pega applications based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Perform system testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain and enhance existing Pega applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
• Stay updated with the latest Pega technologies and best practices.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong expertise in Pega development and implementation.
• Proficient in Pega PRPC, Pega BPM, and Pega Case Management.
• Experience with Pega integration techniques and tools.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, and web technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based Pega solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in software development with a focus on Pega.
• Relevant Pega certifications are a plus.
