Job Title: Constellation UX Expert

Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Constellation UX Expert to support an ongoing upgrade project for Crum & Forster (Insurance BU). The resource will play a key role in redesign adoption, UI/UX improvements, and ensuring seamless migration to the Constellation framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with client LSA and stakeholders to understand application complexity and redesign requirements.
- Drive UI/UX design and development using Pega Constellation architecture.
- Ensure compliance with best practices for responsive design and accessibility.
- Work closely with business analysts and developers to implement user-centric designs.
- Troubleshoot and optimize existing UI components for performance and usability.
- Provide guidance on Constellation upgrade strategies and adoption.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Pega Constellation UX (mandatory).
- Hands-on experience in UI/UX design principles, responsive design, and usability testing.
- Familiarity with Pega 8.x platform and Constellation architecture.
- Ability to work on complex insurance applications and deliver intuitive user experiences.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
