Pega Techno Functional SME The Emirates NBD IT organization has been tasked with delivering a large, multi year PEGA program. We will adopt the Pega Customer Decision Hub platform across the Corporate Bank, Retail and Private Banks for Real Time Messaging and alerting. The candidate needs to work on an Agile squad delivering key initiatives supporting customer Next Best Experience functionalities such as Next Best Actions (NBA), Next Best Interactions (NBI), and Next Best Conversations (NBC), across channels. Need to understand the value proposition of the technology, partner closely with Marketing Strategy, Business Intelligence, Data Scientists, teams across all Lines of Business, as well as Risk and Compliance to understand the Business requirements and translate them into world class Decision logic.Experience: 4 to 8 Years Job description: 3 years Experience working on Pega Decisioning Certificate in Pega Decisioning is Mandatory Four or more years of relevant work experience.Design and developing Decisioning Strategies. Manage Proposition/Offer matrix.Design and manage ADM and predictive models. Develop Next Best Action Strategies. Responsible for development of agile stories as indicated by the lead. Responsible for making sure the changes are deployed successfully to higher environments.Work closely with the QA team to ensure all changes are tested properly.Act as a mentor to junior resources.As a PEGA Decisioning Consultant you will need to be highly detail oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem solving abilities.
