Pega Business Analyst
8+ Years of Overall IT and BA Experience; Preferably in BPM and Process Management
Extensive exposure into Banking
Experience in Pega Development or understanding of Basic Pega concepts is must.
Excellent communication with experience liaising with clients
Understands the business vision and translates to technology impacts and solutions.
Agile knowledge while acting as the liaison between business and technology teams for requirement elicitation, analysis, management and documentation
Taps into a wide degree of creativity and initiative
Workshop facilitation skills
Experience using JIRA and confluence for maintaining and tracking project artifacts
Bachelors Degree
