About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner Marketing Senior Manager to join our team. This role requires a self-motivated, strategic thinker with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders across marketing, sales, technology practices and external partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT services industry, exceptional marketing skills, and a passion for driving demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with Virtusa leaders and partners to understand their business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and align marketing initiatives to support their objectives.
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing plans and strategies for a portfolio of partners to drive their success and growth. Tactics include but are not limited to large and small events, webinars, content syndication, email campaigns, and telemarketing.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as the primary point of contact for all marketing-related activities.
  • Work with industry BU marketing leads to find opportunities for collaboration.
  • Manage budgets and ensure marketing activities are executed within allocated resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute tactical components of campaigns flawlessly. This includes but is not limited to subject matter experts, writers, designers, and web designers.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in partner marketing, field marketing, or a related field, within IT services
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work evenings to overlap with U.S. mornings.
  • Understanding of Partner Marketing Development Funds (MDF) is a big plus.
