Palo Alto Firewall L2 Support Engineer (T3):
The ideal candidate will provide intermediate-level operational support, incident resolution, and configuration assistance across enterprise environments, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of firewall infrastructure for managing and troubleshooting Palo Alto Networks firewalls

Responsibilities Include:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Palo Alto Networks NGFWs (Next-Generation Firewalls)
Manage and monitor firewall configurations, logs, alerts, and health status to proactively identify anomalies and performance issues
Support in deploying firewall patches, upgrades, and firmware updates
Collaborate with internal IT, network, and security teams to implement security policies and solutions

Skills Required:
4-6 years of experience in network security or firewall support, with a focus on Palo Alto Networks technologies
Hands-on experience with Palo Alto NGFWs and related technologies like VPN
Understanding of routing and switching concepts
