P&L- Sales
Role is for a senior Client Partner in the telecommunications sector, focused on strategic account management, revenue growth, and commercial governance. The person would act as the primary liaison between Virtusa and it's enterprise clients, driving business expansion and ensuring seamless service delivery.
Account Strategy & P&L: Own the end-to-end account Profit & Loss (P&L), ensuring revenue forecasting, margin management, and cost optimization for assigned client portfolios.
Commercial Governance: Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and in-life lifecycle management. Ensure commercial obligations and contractual risks are actively managed.
Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture deep, long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders (e.g., CIOs, CTOs) to position as a trusted advisor.
Business Development: Proactively identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities, particularly around digital transformation, BSS/OSS programs, Cloud, and AI.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical, product, and delivery teams to ensure client solutions align with their needs and are executed to a high standard.
