Role Summary
We are looking for a high-impact Operations Leader to serve as the strategic and operational backbone for our EMEA business unit. You will be the primary deputy to the Head of Commercial Operations for EMEA, empowered to drive business health, revenue assurance, and organizational transformation. In this role, you will specifically focus on increasing revenue assurance by governing open resource requirements and billable headcount, driving FTE/BHC as a leading indicator for growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Growth Enablement
Long-Range Planning (LRP): Develop and maintain 5-year OGSM plans to align investments with high-growth sectors.
Growth Orchestration: Proactively identify deal origination opportunities and enhance pricing strategies to drive business expansion.
FTE & BHC Growth Strategy: Drive Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Billable Headcount (BHC) as leading indicators for revenue, using these metrics to forecast and drive higher business growth.
2. Revenue Assurance & Staffing Governance
P&L Management: Take ownership of governing the Europe/EMEA P&L, ensuring margin improvement plans are executed and financial leakages are plugged.
Staffing Coordination & Governance: Govern open resource requirements across the region to ensure timely fulfillment and minimize revenue leakage from unfilled roles.
Billable Headcount Optimization: Actively manage and increase billable headcount by overseeing the transition of resources from bench to billable projects.
Forecasting & Sales Ops: Track sales targets and performance; provide high-accuracy forecasting and productivity analysis for delivery teams.
