Node with React - Full Stack Architect

Define the overall full stack architecture (UI, API, services, data, AI integration)
Establish microservices-based, API-first architecture patterns
Design reusable components and scalable frontend frameworks
Ensure modular, extensible, and future-ready platform design
Define UI architecture for Digital Twin dashboards, skills graphs, career paths, analytics, and AI assistants
Standardize frontend frameworks (React / Angular / Vue)
Ensure performance optimization, accessibility (WCAG), and responsive design
Establish component libraries and design system alignment
Architect scalable backend services using Node.js / Java / .NET / Python
Define REST/GraphQL API standards
Design service orchestration and integration layers
Implement event-driven architecture (Kafka or similar)
Integrate AI/ML services for skills inference, workforce forecasting, career recommendations
Enable GenAI use cases (chat assistants, profile summarization, workforce insights)
Architect real-time personalization engines
Support model serving and AI observability
Design cloud-native architecture (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Define containerization strategy (Docker, Kubernetes)
Implement CI/CD pipelines
Ensure scalability, performance, and resilience
Implement secure authentication (OAuth2, SSO, SAML)
Define RBAC and fine-grained authorization
Ensure compliance with GDPR and enterprise security policies
Conduct architecture risk assessments

12–15+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture roles
Strong experience in frontend frameworks (React preferred)
Strong backend architecture expertise (Java / Node.js / .NET / Python)
Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms
Experience with cloud-native architectures
Knowledge of microservices and event-driven systems
Familiarity with AI/ML integration patterns
Strong understanding of performance tuning and scalability
Experience leading distributed/global teams
