Job Description

 

Essential

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required, BE preferred.

6 to 8 years' experience performing various tasks in Network Operations center and Hands-on Enterprise Network Troubleshooting.

At least 5+ years' experience of working in Global NOC environment.

 

Skills – Primary

Strong Knowledge in Switching technologies - Cisco 9300/9400/9500/4500/6800, Stack wise-virtual, Cisco VSS, Troubleshooting.

Strong knowledge in Routing & WAN technologies:  Handling Cisco ISR/ASR routers, Routing protocols, Troubleshooting.

Knowledge on SD-WAN (Meraki & Viptela),Cisco ASA, Firepower, Cisco ISE, Checkpoint firewalls.

Knowledge on Networking tools like, SolarWinds, NetFlow, Algosec, SEIM.

 

Desirable

Good knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management processes.

Experience working in globally distributed team.

Experience in handling the critical incidents, providing solution amidst pressure situations.

Knowledge in ticketing system like SNOW.

CCNA/CCNP certification required.
