Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver
functional solutions.
Ensure seamless integration with Power Platform and other enterprise
applications.
Provide technical guidance and support for custom development and
enhancements.
Required Skills & ExpertisePrimary (Functional):
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM core modules: Sales
Customer Service
Marketing
Commerce (Retail)
Customer Insights
Secondary (Technical & Integration):
Integration experience with: Power Apps
Power BI
Other common enterprise integrations
Technical proficiency in: C#/.NET
React or Angular
Preferred AttributesExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Experience in end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
