Mobile App Delivery Manager

The Mobile App Delivery Manager should have overall 10+ years of experience in the IT industry, with strong experience in both delivery management and Scrum Master responsibilities. The candidate must have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, supporting mobile or software development teams that consistently follow Scrum principles, practices, and Agile theory, along with a valid Scrum Master certification from Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org. The role involves guiding teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, enabling effective self-organization, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The individual will work closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement, while also facilitating internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow. Responsibilities include preparing and managing delivery plans aligned with stakeholders, timelines, and release milestones, along with a solid understanding of the mobile application delivery lifecycle.
