Mobile App Delivery Manager
The Mobile App Delivery Manager should have 10+ years of IT experience with strong expertise in mobile application delivery and Scrum Master responsibilities, including 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience with valid certification. The role involves leading Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The candidate will work closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement while ensuring transparent stakeholder communication. Strong end-to-end knowledge of mobile app delivery, including iOS development, features, deployment, and App Store/Play Store releases, is essential. Experience with ABM, MDM, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines is required. The role also demands strong understanding of release management, change management, CAB approvals, and emergency change processes. The role involves guiding teams on Agile and Scrum best practices, enabling effective self-organization, removing impediments, and ensuring smooth sprint execution. The individual will work closely with Product Owners on backlog grooming, prioritization, and refinement, while also facilitating internal and external communication to improve transparency and information flow.
